Farm Classes

Farm classes are 6-week sessions and are offered for both individuals and small groups. Classes are typically held weekly after school. Students will progress through our curriculum and activities may be customized based on age, ability, goals, and interests. For recurring participants, classes are built upon each other so they may continue to progress through the levels throughout each 6-week session.

While we will enjoy all that our property has to offer, activities will primarily focus on horses and farm animals.

If you have additional questions that are not covered below, please contact us!

Can parents stay during a class or program?

What should my child bring and wear?

My child loved their farm classes - can they move up to the next level?

What safety precautions do you take around the animals?

For group programs, most parents stay for the duration of the 2-hour program and enjoy the great outdoors with us. For weekly Farm Classes, parents may stay to observe the first class, however, the remaining classes are drop-off only.

Please send your child with water, sunscreen, and a snack. They should wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty and all children must wear closed-toe shoes for safety around the animals.

Yes! Our curriculum is designed to help kids progress. Each level of Farm Classes differs, so they will learn new skills and participate in new activities during each 6-week session.

We begin each new class, session, and program with a detailed farm tour that reviews safety procedures for the property and for working safely around the animals.
